What to expect:
This public event will be taking place outdoors (weather dependent) and you will have access to blankets and pillows to keep you warm and cozy. During this event you will be sitting on the ground or will have the option to choose a chair/or stand if you prefer.
Together we will learn about the basics of meditation, Beginner's Mind and will apply these practices to fun and unique activities. This event consists of psychology-based concepts and a mix of mysterious activities intended to challenge your mind's pre-conceived notions and help you connect with your senses instead.

Miracle Day Meditation
Thank you for joining me for a 30-minute visualization meditation that will inspire you to feel confident and capable as you move through your day. All experience levels are welcome to participate.
In this workshop, we learned to visualize a version of yourself that embodies the qualities of a miracle day. Through meditation, we can unlock our mind's hidden dreams and desires in a safe and inspiring way.
As the brain works in a way that our thoughts influence our actions and decisions, this meditation is designed to help you build a strong image of yourself that you can carry with you even after the session ends. This image will motivate you to become an active creator of your life.
Simply close your eyes, open your mind, and let my voice guide you through a powerful mindfulness exercise to activate your self-assurance.
Last summer, I had the pleasure of facilitating a workshop called Mindful Emotions. During this workshop, we explored the idea that all emotions are valid and that they are here to guide us.
Together, we explored emotions such as joy, love, confusion, and even fear. It was a light, playful, and fun event that invited participants to explore mild unpleasant emotions with the help of mindfulness techniques.
