As a psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher, I've seen the healing power of acknowledging, understanding, and truly feeling our emotions - both mentally and physically. Our bodies often hold onto emotions; learning to sit with the physical discomfort associated with certain feelings can lead to profound processing and healing.


This process is not about wallowing in our feelings or allowing them to control us. Rather, it's about becoming aware of what we're feeling and why, and accepting our emotions as a natural part of human experience.


Feel Your Feels is more than just a catchphrase; it's a way of life. It's about peeling back the layers, looking within, and embracing the full spectrum of our emotional selves. It's about giving ourselves permission to feel sadness, anger, happiness, disappointment, and love without judgement.
