Catherine Gendron

As a Registered Psychotherapist with twelve years of experience in mental health, I take a holistic approach to therapy that aligns mind, body and soul. I use evidence-based and creative therapies to empower my clients to explore the complex layers of the human experience. Through collaboration, I guide them to feel confident and capable, helping them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

By encouraging clients to tap into their inner resources, such as resilience, self-compassion, and mindfulness, I help them develop trauma-sensitive coping strategies they can use beyond our sessions.

* special interest working with RCMP/VAC.
