Providing a safe & caring environment

I am a Registered Psychotherapist who has been an active member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists since 2017. I have been working in private practice under the supervision of Michelle Sorensen, a Clinical Psychologist since 2018 at the Resiliency Clinic.
My hunger for life and personal growth has driven me to cultivate experience in mental health in a variety of professional and cultural contexts. Over the years I have attended numerous trainings and workshops in universities, hospitals and various organizations to learn more about evidence-based therapies. Additionally, I strongly believe in learning through diverse and creative methods. This belief has motivated me to travel to various continents, where meditation is thoroughly practiced, in order to deepen my understanding of mindfulness.
I have recognized how the power of applying these concepts to our personal experiences help enrich our lives, improve wellbeing and increase gratitude. My passion for helping individuals through their challenges has encouraged me to pursue a profession in psychotherapy, where I guide clients to accomplish their goals by exploring the complex layers of human experience.
